Purpose – to explore the importance of narrative and interactive elements in the design of therapeutic tools and platforms in order to enhance user engagement and improve their effectiveness. Methodology. The research applies a comprehensive approach that includes the analysis of scientific literature and the study of real case examples of modern therapeutic platforms. Results. The study developed an approach to redesigning therapeutic cardbased tools. This approach is based on the integrated application of graphic design principles, emotional engagement theory, and cognitive ergonomics. Particular attention was given to adapting gamification mechanics to the context of psychotherapeutic practices. Scientific novelty. The project stands out due to its complex integration of design solutions and psychological principles of perception aimed at improving information assimilation in therapeutic and educational contexts. Special emphasis is placed on the use of a brand mascot as an emotional mediator between the content and the user, which promotes deeper engagement and increases trust in the tool. Another important aspect is the creation of an adaptive structure that functions equally effectively in both physical and digital formats, making the product an example of a new generation of interactive psychoeducational tools. Practical relevance. The results of the study are of practical value primarily for designers working at the intersection of visual communication, psychology, and educational technologies. The project demonstrates how design can fulfill not only an aesthetic but also a therapeutic function by combining structured content, empathetic visual language, and intuitive interaction. The product developed in the process may serve as a methodological model for other designers creating tools for psychotherapy, education, or social projects.
