Archiving Policy
The journal ensures long-term preservation, stable availability, and continuous open access to all published materials in accordance with international standards of digital archiving.
To guarantee the preservation of scholarly content, the following measures are implemented:
• all journal issues are deposited in the V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine;
• electronic versions of articles are indexed and archived in the international library network WorldCat;
• the journal’s content is indexed in Google Scholar, ensuring long-term discoverability and accessibility;
• the publishing platform Open Journal Systems is used, which complies with modern requirements for open access and digital preservation.
Each published article:
• remains permanently available on the journal’s official website without time restrictions;
• is assigned a unique DOI (Digital Object Identifier), ensuring persistent and reliable linking.
The Open Journal Systems platform supports integration with the LOCKSS system, which enables distributed archiving and content restoration in case of data loss or damage.
The journal permits participating libraries within the LOCKSS network to create archival copies of its content to ensure long-term preservation and continued access.
