Abstract

 The article is devoted to the main characteristics of scientific texts, scientific and technical articles, their summaries and abstracts in particular, the description of their logical and lexicon-semantic structures and linguistic methods of developing and narrowing their contents in connection with the problems of scientific style modeling and strategy of higher education targets in foreign languages teaching.
