Aims and Objectives of the Journal

Proceedings of Kyiv Aviation Institute. Series: Pedagogy. Psychology  is a peer-reviewed scientific publication that unites researchers and practitioners in the field of pedagogy and psychology. The journal is focused on disseminating current scientific knowledge, results of empirical research and practical developments that reflect modern challenges in education, psychological science and training of specialists for high-tech industries.

The purpose of the publication is to inform the scientific and professional community about modern research, as well as create a space for professional discussion, interdisciplinary interaction and scientific communication. Special attention is paid to research in the field of aviation psychology and pedagogy, in particular, problems of the human factor, training of aviation specialists, activities in conditions of risk, uncertainty and increased responsibility.

The journal publishes original scientific articles, results of empirical research, analytical reviews, materials on problems of professional training, as well as reviews of modern scientific publications. Papers are invited to publish that cover both general theoretical and applied aspects of pedagogy and psychology, including research in the field of aviation, psychology of extreme activities, educational innovations and human potential development.

The journal is open to interdisciplinary and international research and encourages authors to present their results in a broader scientific context, emphasizing their significance for the development of modern science, education and professional practice.

Objectives of the scientific journal:

Publication of high-quality articles containing materials of fundamental and applied scientific research in the field of pedagogy and psychology, in particular on the problems of theory and methodology of general education and education in higher education, practical, aviation, organizational, age and pedagogical psychology, as well as psychological support of specialists in high-tech industries.
  2. Exchange of scientific ideas, research methods and achievements in the field of forming psychological readiness and resilience of the individual, in particular in conditions of extreme activities and social challenges.
  3. Supporting the scientific development of young scientists, postgraduate students and applicants, expanding the professional worldview of researchers and teachers, popularizing modern scientific achievements and interdisciplinary approaches (in particular, at the junction of pedagogy and psychology).
  4. Providing methodological support for innovative activities in the field of higher education, developing and testing new educational models, strategies for developing professional competence and programs of psychological assistance to various categories of the population.
  5. Establishing interuniversity, interdisciplinary and international scientific ties, forming partnerships between scientists, practical psychologists and educators to effectively solve urgent humanitarian problems in a modern globalized society.
  6. Adhering to high standards of academic integrity and international requirements for the design of scientific works, which contributes to the integration of Ukrainian pedagogical and psychological science into the world scientometric space.
