The existing methods of passing on social and engineering experience accumulated by mankind have proved to be ineffective. The traditional teaching and professional training techniques fail to secure man’s vital activities safety. Much in evidence is the need for forming new education paradigms, based on a more profound understanding of the concept of education – education, as a process of man’s cognition of the self and society, nature, cosmos, and his role in preserving and transforming the world with integrity.References
