Abstract

 In this article are examined the special features of understanding the concept of quarry, its influence on the professional making of a personality. Different approaches to the determination of forms and types of career are examined. Is inverted attention in the special feature of the passage of stages quarries and the presence of the barriers of career increase. But the motivational components, which influence selection quarries and satisfactoriness by their own professional activity, are also examined.
