ЕГАЛІТАРИЗМ ЯК ПРОБЛЕМА СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ СПРАВЕДЛИВОСТІ В УМОВАХ ВІЙНИ

У статті здійснено філософський аналіз трансформації егалітарного розуміння соціальної справедливості в умовах війни. З’ясовано, що класичні моделі егалітаризму переважно ґрунтуються на припущенні соціальної симетрії, інституційної стабільності та нормативно впорядкованої суспільної кооперації між формально рівними суб’єктами. Водночас обґрунтовано, що сучасний егалітаризм суттєво переглядає ці передумови, враховуючи вразливість, залежність, контекстуальну асиметрію та реляційний характер соціальних зобов’язань. Аргументовано, що війна радикалізує асиметрії соціального існування, створюючи нерівномірний розподіл ризиків, обов’язків, соціальної вразливості та політичного визнання. Розкрито поняття функціональної нерівності як форми асиметричного розподілу ризиків і доступу до захисту у воєнному суспільстві. Наголошено, що проблема справедливості в умовах війни полягає не в усуненні будь-якої асиметрії, а у визначенні нормативних меж її допустимості. Зроблено висновок, що війна не скасовує принцип моральної рівності, однак трансформує умови його реалізації.
