Abstract

It analyses the essence and sequence of various cultural, political, economic, and everyday events that are built into a systematically repeating logical structure or pattern. In this regard, the term «world-system» is used to describe the non-randomness of most social processes. In the broad sense of the word, «legal law» is defined as any legal act that operates within a particular legal system. In the narrow sense of the word, it is considered as an ordering of social actions and behavioral acts. At the same time, the state is shown as a factor ensuring the stability and preservation of the world system, provided that effective governance mechanisms are in place
