Abstract

The paper reveals the fact that law consciousness can be defined as a regulator of behavior together with the reflection of legal reality.This idea maintains the active role in the legal regulation of human activity based on reflection and evaluation of the law in the mind ofevery person. An essential element of law consciousness is the confidence of citizens in need of law, in law regulated state, in the lawfoundation.
