Abstract

Theoretical bases of time delivery of an array of data for packet switched networks with permanent and switched virtual channels are described. Algorithms of an optimal choice of time delivery are offered in view of features of granting necessary quality of services. The criterion of a rating of efficiency of optimization of the suggested algorithms is considered. For TCP/IP networks the technology of realization rh-optimization methods in intel-lectual networks is described.
