Abstract

Розглянуто синтез локально-оптимального вільного від розподілу розв’язувального правила. Запропоновано новий локально-оптимальний ранговий алгоритм, який здатний ефективно виявляти сигнали при дії різних завад. Доведено стійкість розробленого алгоритму до дії імпульсної завади.

 

The synthesis of locally optimal free distribution of the decision rule was considered. A new locally optimal rank algorithm can efficiently detect the signals under the influence of different noise. The stability of the algorithm to impulse noise was proved.
