Abstract

On design and planning of multiservice network, in the conditions of the real functioning and development, in accordance with the providing requirements of quality service, reliability and informative safety, there is a task of wide class of probabilistic-temporal descriptions evaluation. It causes the necessity of development of corresponding designing vehicle for the analysis of such difficult systems and management by a real-time network
