Abstract

Theoretical aspects of occurrence muar in the image and questions of struggle against it is the actual problem of the research. The decision of a problem of an influence muar at the image quality needs an explanatory of many theoretical moments. Features of display muar at the image are caused by impossibility of the decision of the problem of an optimality of process of a reproduction by programs and hardware without the help of the theory of construction of an eye of the person and the use of modem configurations of raster elements. Muar determinates itself as characteristic irritable for the eye periodical structure to the certain period as the stain appearing at the different sites
