Abstract

The features of forming of alarm stream are analysed forpassed to video information, organization of video ofconferences, transferrableness of vocal information byfacilities of local to the network. The estimation of delays ofreceipt of informative packages is done in networks with alimit carrying capacity of communication channels.Possibilities of upgrading of transferrableness ofmultimedia information are considered
