The design procedure of a zone of the confident reception of radio-electronic means of digital ground TV for the mobile and fixed reception allows to plan any synchronous network for the set contour and to recommend the optimal parameters: coordinates of an arrangement of the transferring aerial, factor of strengthening, height of an arrangement of transferring panels and characteristics of the transmitter.
