Abstract

The paper discusses some service-oriented architecture concept questions, namely the integration of location services of mobile subscribers based on wireless communication networks with video surveillance systems for improving the quality of customer service and optimization of labor staff. Also considered the possibility of surveillance cameras information using to provide additional services to users
