Abstract

The article is devoted to actual problems clustering specialized computer network and methods for improving their performance. The article proposes a method of extending the minimum interaction in the surface layer with gradual clustering. Investigated the use of a WEB-based services for building dynamic cluster neural network. Considered positive and negative sides to use of WEB-services
