Abstract

The necessity of the spelling checker insertion into the information retrieval system with the purpose of providing its correct work with the distorted text data is grounded. The changes in the structuralalgorithmic organization of the information retrieval system which can be caused by spelling checker connecting to it are specified. The influence of information retrieval system’s features on the spelling checker structure in the case when the last has a form of program agent is shown
