The work is devoted to the development of methods and means of building project management systems based on network planning. An overview of existing systems was carried out, an approach to expanding the capabilities of such systems was proposed, aimed at ensuring the implementation of projects in the minimum time with a limited number of employees.
An approach based on optimization of system parameters is proposed. Algorithms for determining the minimum number of employees to complete the project in the minimum time have been developed. This allows to simplify and speed up the design of the control system. The system offers the user several options for the use of employees, which allows to speed up the project execution time or avoid an excessive number of employees.
