The Markovian model of system with instantaneous service and two types of customers is proposed. High priority customers get the item if inventory level is positive while low priority customers get the item if and only if inventory level is more than some critical level. In this system a randomized replenishment policy is used. An algorithm to calculation of performance measures is proposed and optimization of investigated system is performed.
