Abstract

The method of estimation of satellite navigation systems availability using of separated model of satellite as a source of navigation information was considered in this article. The resulted probability characteristic of navigating satellites constellation availability allows to take into account a degree of influence of basic elements characteristics on quality of functioning and also the characteristic of navigating satellites position to the consumer equipment
