Abstract

Presentation of universal set, n=m ×m, on which is determined standard fuzzy set in the manner of the tensor-granules = reshape (X, m, m) allows on the grounds of singular decompositions [u s v] = define a Subsets  ordered pairs [abs(u(:,1))*s(1,1)*max(abs(v(:,1))) abs(v(:,1))/max(abs(v(:,1)))] or [abs(u(:,1))*s(1,1)*max(1-(abs(v(:,1)))) (1-abs(v(:,1)))/max(1-abs(v(:,1)))]  (depending on context of problem ), possess characteristics close or comply with characteristics of fuzzy set, membership function which is determined heuristic is shown. An Instances, show possibility of deciding the problems of management in conditions of uncertainty without appointment of membership, locating only universal set, are cited
