Abstract

Today information-psychological security of citizens and society is an important element in ensuring the information security of our state, taking into account so-called hybrid war that aggressor state makes. With this in mind, during almost a year among cadets and students of the Institute of Special Communication and Information Security of Ukraine National Technical University «Kyiv Polytechnic Institute» has a volunteer group from holding shares information confrontation in the Internet space (cyberspace). This paper outlines some of the provisions that underlie the theory and practice of group. In addition, the recommendations and conclusions based on the experience of nearly a year of volunteer groups in cyberspace are given.

Олександр Михайлович Богданов, Інститут спеціального зв’язку та захисту інформації НТУ України «КПІ»

Рік та місце народження: 1949 рік, м. Каунас, Литовська РСР.

Освіта: Київське вище військове інженерне училище зв'язку, 1971 рік.

Посада: завідувач кафедри управління та тактико-спеціальної підготовки.

Наукові інтереси: теорія управління, інформаційна безпека, кібербезпека, математичне і комп’ютерне моделювання.

Публікації: близько 200 наукових публікацій.

Володимир Володимирович Мохор, Інститут спеціального зв’язку та захисту інформації НТУ України «КПІ»

Рік та місце народження: 1955 рік, м. Київ, Україна.

Освіта: Київський інститут інженерів цивільної авіації (з 2000 року – Національний авіаційний університет), 1977 рік.

Посада: завідувач кафедри кібербезпеки та застосування інформаційних систем та технологій.

Наукові інтереси: теорія ризиків, інформаційна безпека, кібербезпека, математичне і комп’ютерне моделювання.

Публікації: більше 150 наукових публікацій.
