Abstract

The report examines modern algorithms and methods for measuring geometric parameters of aircraft parts. It covers contact and non-contact measurement methods, including the use of coordinate measuring machines, laser scanning, photogrammetry, and computed tomography. Data processing algorithms such as noise filtering, shape recognition, and interpolation methods are analyzed. Examples of calculations for evaluating form and size deviations of parts are presented. The prospects for the development of measurement methods in the context of production digitalization and the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies are discussed. The report emphasizes the importance of accurate measurements in ensuring the safety and efficiency of aviation equipment.
