Scope and Subject Area
The journal “Scientific Papers of the Kyiv Aviation Institute. Series: Legal Bulletin “Air and Space Law” contains research findings on topical issues in contemporary legal scholarship. Given the specific nature of the research, which is determined by the specific nature of training lawyers for the aerospace sector, the journal features a dedicated section publishing research findings in the fields of international space law, international air law, and national legislation on the legal regulation of aviation and space activities, in line with its thematic focus.
The publication is intended for researchers, lecturers, doctoral students, postgraduate students and undergraduates in the field of law.
Aims and Objectives of the Journal
The aim of the journal “Scientific Papers of the Kyiv Aviation Institute. Series: Legal Bulletin “Air and Space Law” is the publication of the results of scientific research in the field of legal science, the involvement of practising lawyers in the discussion and resolution of important issues across all branches of jurisprudence, the exchange of scientific experience and the promotion of domestic scientific achievements, familiarising readers with the latest methods of teaching legal disciplines, and integrating Ukrainian legal science and education into the global educational and research landscape.
The journal’s objectives are to ensure the professional validation of research findings, foster academic debate, highlight contemporary trends in jurisprudence, and promote the dissemination of research results within the academic community.
