Theoretical and experimental studies of bearing assemblies in mechanisms and units during performance assessment in portal lifting and transport equipment allowed us to predict and establish the following. A model of factors was developed for bearing assemblies with quasi-steady-state operating time intervals, where the parameters remain constant under static and dynamic loading. A cause-and-effect relationship was identified between the variable characteristics of bearing assemblies and the process of generating diagnostic parameters of the amplitude-frequency vibration nature, which made it possible to select the structure of a mathematical model of functional dependencies. Vibration spectrograms of the tested bearing assemblies in the axial and radial directions and their service life were obtained, which makes it possible to reject them.
