Payment

The editors do not charge fees for submission, review and scientific processing of manuscripts. However, authors must pay an organizational fee of UAH 50. for one page of an article after its approval for printing.

Single-authored articles submitted by third-cycle higher education students (PhD candidates) enrolled in state-funded programs are published free of charge, provided that the manuscripts comply with the journal’s requirements and the principles of academic integrity. Along with the manuscript, PhD candidates must submit a certificate issued by the doctoral studies office confirming their state-funded enrollment. The certificate must be signed by the head of the office and officially stamped.

The funds received are used exclusively to cover the costs associated with printing copies of the magazine for mandatory mailing to designated institutions and libraries, in accordance with the requirements of current regulations.
Details for payment are communicated to the author by the editors after the decision to publish the article has been made. If necessary, a supporting financial document can be provided.
