About the Journal

The collection covers the problems of analysis and synthesis of computer and telecommunication systems and their management systems: creation of an effective information and measurement tools for determining and estimating the parameters of information technology objects; mathematical, linguistic, hardware and software new, including cyber-physical aviation, and upgraded existing distributed computer and computer systems.
It is designed for scientists and specialists who are concerned with the creation and improvement of the theoretical and software base of the means of computer telecommunication systems and their computer components.
