Abstract

This paper analyzes the main problems of the development of modern cellular networks in Ukraine, inparticular LTE networks. It is shown that the start-up of this type of networks is an inevitable step inthe development of the information infrastructure of Ukraine, and therefore already requires specialtools for calculation and design of LTE networks. In work the algorithm of calculation of parametersof this type of networks. As demonstrated the results of the development of the software, describing thebasic functionality
