Abstract

The article explores yoga as an effective means of stabilizing the psyche, enhancing stress resilience, and fostering personal adaptability. Based on a theoretical analysis, the interrelation between psychological stability, resilience, and mental health is revealed. The empirical study confirmed the positive influence of regular yoga practices on emotional balance, awareness, self-acceptance, and internal harmony. Statistically significant improvements were identified in resilience, subjective well-being, and psychological well-being indices. The integration of yoga into systems of psychological support, education, and psycho-rehabilitation is substantiated as an effective resource for strengthening stress resistance and maintaining mental health.
