The article examines martial law as a socio-psychological phenomenon influencing the motivation and behavioral attitudes of higher education students. The study identifies key factors that cause the transformation of the students’ socio-psychological environment: stress, emotional exhaustion, loss of a sense of security, and decreased social engagement. Survey results are presented, showing how students' attitudes toward physical activity have changed during wartime. The need for implementing adapted physical education programs aimed at stabilizing emotional well-being and increasing motivation for a healthy lifestyle is substantiated. Recommendations are provided for creating a positive social environment for students in crisis conditions.
