MILITARY-TECHNOLOGICAL SPORTS AS AN EFFECTIVE WAY TO DETECT AND DEVELOP GIFTEDNESS

The article is devoted to the study of military-technological sport (MTS) as an innovative and practice-oriented method for identifying, supporting, and developing giftedness among student youth. It is established that MTS ensures an effective synergy between the intrinsic motivation of extracurricular education and the current military-technological needs of the state. The article describes a practical model for implementing military-technological sport within an extracurricular institution, incorporating an interdisciplinary approach, the principle of «learning through action», and a strategy for scaling this experience across the region. This model is part of the regional project «STEM Future of Kherson Region: Engineers of a New Generation», which contributes to the implementation of the regional program «Unbreakable Education of Kherson Region» for 2025–2028.
