Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of pedagogical conditions for the effective formation of social-mediation competencies in master's students of pedagogical specialties. The key components of competence are considered, the pedagogical conditions for the formation of social-mediation competencies in future specialists are determined, in particular: integration of international experience in mediation into the domestic educational sphere; orientation on practice-orientation; emphasis on independent research work of education seekers; introduction of training technologies in the process of professional training of teachers; integration of individual elements of mediation into the educational process; involvement of practicing mediators in training future specialists in pedagogical mediation technologies. The proposed conditions should contribute to increasing the professional readiness of future teachers for constructive conflict resolution and creation of a safe educational environment.
