USE OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

Abstract

The article examines the pedagogical foundations for implementing information and communication technologies (ICT) with elements of artificial intelligence (AI) in the process of physical education for high school students. It analyzes the potential of modern digital tools for individualizing physical activities, increasing motivation for participation, developing students' digital literacy, and effectively monitoring physical activity. The article substantiates the appropriateness of combining traditional pedagogical methods with digital approaches in the educational process, taking into account ethical, methodological, and psycho-pedagogical factors.
