This article examines the relevance of using the Aero Dance method in physical education for senior school-age children to develop coordination skills and increase motor activity. Given the current decline in physical activity among schoolchildren, caused by increased academic workload, the spread of digital technologies, and a sedentary lifestyle, the Aero Dance method is an effective means of improving physical development. This method combines elements of aerobics and dance movements, which promotes coordination, balance, a sense of rhythm, and spatial orientation, increases students' overall motor activity, and has a positive effect on their psycho-emotional state and reduces stress. The study provides recommendations for integrating Aero Dance into the educational process to improve students' coordination skills and stimulate their interest in physical education.
