Abstract

The object of scientific research is the psychological and pedagogical processes of forming a new socio-cultural reality of the dynamics of the Ukrainian nation in the conditions of the Russian-Ukrainian war, socio-cultural phenomena of Ukrainian spiritual culture, at the stage of forming a new military-political, moral and ethical existence. Our goal is to study the theoretical, methodological and psychological, and pedagogical categories of the phenomenon of social pedagogy, taking into account special pedagogical activity, by which we understand socio-cultural processes of involving the entire community, including people with special educational needs, people with disabilities to spiritual and political life and the life of the state. First of all, attention should be focused on those actors of social activity who have problems with physical or psychosomatic development (IDPs, war veterans, volunteers). This leads to reflection and the use of methods that will help every citizen, child, and student with special educational needs to fully participate in the political and social life of the state in the conditions of Russian aggression and genocide of the Ukrainian nation.
