The paper presents the results of a matrix assessment of natural risks for critical infrastructure facilities in Sumy region from natural hazards. The assessment was carried out on the basis of determining the probability of occurrence of dangerous phenomena and the severity of their consequences. It was established that the highest level of risk is formed by floods and high-water events, and the highest level is formed by winter extreme events. Priority areas for increasing the resilience of the region's infrastructure are substantiated.
