The paper substantiates the advantages of thermochemical destruction of secondary hydrocarbon raw materials as a tool for resource recovery. The impact of temperature regimes on the pyrocondensate yield is analyzed and engineering solutions are proposed, in particular the use of induction heating and cantilever mounting of the screw, to stabilize product quality and increase the energy efficiency of the process within the framework of a circular economy.
