Abstract

The paper examines the development of green construction and increasing the energy efficiency of buildings in the face of modern challenges, including military operations, energy shortages, and unstable energy supply. The main directions of implementing resource-saving technologies, using alternative energy sources, electricity storage systems, thermal modernization of buildings, and automation of energy consumption management are analyzed. It is substantiated that the implementation of green construction principles contributes to increasing energy independence, infrastructure sustainability, and reducing negative environmental impacts.
