Legal deregulation of investment in the air transport sector as a way to restore the Ukrainian aviation industry after the war

Abstract

The problems of improving the regulatory and legal regulation of investment processes in the field of air transport as a way of post-war recovery of the aviation industry of Ukraine are investigated. Attention is focused on the need to modernise the legal mechanisms of deregulation of investment attraction for the rapid recovery of air transport in the post-war period.
