Abstract

The article deals with regulatory and legal regulation of safety in aviation, in particular in the field of aircraft operation and infrastructure. The main risks in aviation, such as technical, operational, informational and organizational, are analyzed, and the importance of continuous improvement of safety systems through equipment modernization and the introduction of new technologies is emphasized.
