Methodology for assessing the quality of passenger service in airport complexes

Assessment of the service quality level in airport complexes should be carried out by an integral indicator that includes qualitative and quantitative characteristics. In this paper, the authors propose a methodology for assessing the level of quality of the airport complex, which is characterised by a large number of indicators that differ in measurement, size and nature of performance.
