Information technologies to support decision-making processes in the management of a printing enterprise

Abstract

An analytical review of business processes in the printing industry of foreign countries and Ukraine was conducted. IT is offered - proposals for improving the order management process of a specific printing company based on automation and the use of Web-to-print technology.
