Transformation of Ukrainian airlines' business models in the conditions of war

Abstract

The thesis examines the adaptation of the Ukrainian aviation industry to the challenges of war. The armed conflict has significantly changed the environment of the aviation industry, forcing airlines to review strategies, optimize operational processes and look for new sources of income. The resumption of air transportation requires innovative approaches, such as coordination with international partners on airspace security and the development of new services to support passenger traffic.
