It is noted that the key features of the formation of resource potential in the digital era are the change in the structure of resources, namely, the predominance of intellectual resources that provide knowledge, skills, creativity of employees and dematerialization, which reduces the role of physical assets due to the transition to cloud technologies, virtual offices, etc. A special role is played by the ability of enterprises to adapt to changes in the market and technologies and the focus on collaboration and partnership, namely, cooperation with other enterprises and scientific institutions, which provides access to new technologies and knowledge."
