Abstract

Competent planning of the flow of aircraft ensures the safety of air transport by distributing the load between the control sectors. The 2024 CrowdStrike incident resulted in a global failure of IT systems, causing flight delays. The study analyzes the impact of this disruption on the aviation industry, particularly on aircraft delay times.
