Thermoenergetic reliability of nanocircuits for space applications

The paper presents the results of the introduction of the latest technologies for computer modeling of thermoenergetic characteristics of single-electron nanocircuits with quantum automata at cryogenic temperatures for predicting their trouble-free operation in space conditions. In the QCADesignerE automated design system, arithmetic-logic majority nanoadder-subtractor circuits were synthesized and adequate simulation of time diagrams was implemented, which confirmed their performance.
