Abstract

The probabilistic method of multicriterion analysis of efficiency of functioning of the й providing of informative safety  of communication networks is offered in this article, that allows on the basis of results of analysis to conduct optimization of decisions on the stages of planning and operative management by connection in the system taking into account all types of the casual affecting her.
