Pedagogical conditions improve educational and cognitive process in passing duties in the army

Abstract

 In the article are considered the primary tasks of cognitive process at passage of educational assembly to armies, influence of educational work on maintenance of qualitative performance of educational program, and a positive moral and psychological climate in the collective. The pedagogical conditions of increase of efficiency of educational-cognitive process are revealed.
