Abstract

The article presents the results of the study of the reflexivity levels and physical preparedness of the first-year university students during the semester control. The task of this research was to study literary sources and conduct a survey to determine the reflexivity and test the physical fitness of the first-year students as well analyze the results of the study. First-year students showed low and below the average levels of reflexivity (79.88% of surveyed) and physial fitness (77.50% of surveyed). The results of the survey and testing confirm the low level of reflexivity and physical fitness of the first-year students to the full extent which does not meet the requirements of a modern specialist
